Daru Al-Moameneen Arabic & Islamic School (DAIS)
Welcome to the Daru Al-Moameneen Arabic and Islamic School (DAIS) – a dedicated institution committed to nurturing the next generation of Muslim youth with a strong foundation in faith, language, and identity. Serving boys and girls from Reception through to Secondary level, our school provides a comprehensive and supportive environment for both Arabic-speaking and non-Arabic-speaking students.
Our Curriculum
At DAIS, we offer a holistic educational experience centred around three core pillars:
Arabic Language – Building proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Modern Standard Arabic.
Al-Qur’an Al-Kareem – Focused study on accurate recitation (Tajweed), memorisation (Hifz), and understanding of Quranic verses.
Islamic Studies – Teaching essential Islamic values, beliefs, and practices in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.
Our approach is tailored to individual learning levels, with continuous formative and summative assessments to track progress and ensure every child achieves their full potential. Students are placed into appropriate classes based on their current ability, with distinct curricula for Arabic and non-Arabic speakers.
